You go to sleep at night safe and secure because of the men and women of the Military and Federal Government who risk life and limb to protect you and give you peace of mind as you go about your daily life.
Talk all you want about overpaid but they ain’t paid enough for what they do. If the public knew the work, hardship, and sacrifices these people spend for you and everyone else then your ass would sing a different tune.
I might argue with them on here but I consider MGW, 9inchnails, Pole, BM1958, Willo and Ravens2488 my friends for life and that’s not just because we work together in keeping you safe but because of the hardships and sacrifices they have endured because I know what type of men they are and I know they would be there for me when needed.
So fuck you and your alter ego boychow because this ain’t fun and games for the guys I listed above, this is their life.

Here’s a scenario that is happening now to people who are furloughed. And this is true.
One guy, he and his wife work for the Feds. They retire in March. They bought a retirement home in another state a year ago. They have two mortgages because they still have their house here in Maryland. Both out of a job, no money for mortgages.
Yes, we need the money but more importantly we want to get back to work to support our troops and fight terrorism in this country and abroad. We can’t do that watching Jerry Springer. We are proud of the work we do and when you take that from us then we feel useless.
Hopefully this is all short term…………………..
