1954 Baltimore Orioles media guide

So what if the Orioles haven’t done anything to meaningfully improve the product on the field? We got 60 years of media guides!

To commemorate their 60th anniversary, the O’s have unveiled a page on their website with full access to every media guide since the St. Louis Browns arrived in Baltimore in 1954. You can view these books online or download them for offline reading.

I feel terrible for the poor intern that scanned and organized all of these pages, but thankful for his/her’s diligent work.

It’s worth checking out the page just to see the cool covers over the years. Why did the 1954 smiling bird wear glasses?

  1. This is neat just to look at the covers and see what we were supposed to look forward to each upcoming year as the guide came out.
