In probably the least surprising move of the off season, the Ravens cut former Pro Bowl Kicker, Billy Cundiff.
First, there was the big contract. Then there was the big shank (some people blame on John Harbaugh). Then there was this kid in camp who has been consistently nailing 50 yarders. All three of these factors spelled demise for Billy, who needed a perfect camp. He was doing fine, but he wasn’t perfect.
So now begins the Justin Tucker era. He has shown a good combination of talent and moxy on the field, in practice games. Let’s hope he has those attributes when games are on line, when it matters.
It seemed that the prevailing opinion of Ravens fans was that this was the direction that they wanted Ozzie and the team to go. Are you for this move? Is the risk worth the reward?
No rejoicing…yet.

It’s a risk worth taking,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I lost all faith in Cundiff and it looks like the Ravens feel the same way,,,,,,,,,,,time will tell , as always………….
