During his conference call with fans on Tuesday, Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti said that he was in favor of an 18 game schedule. “I’m personally in favor of it,” he said. Even through the uncertainty of the NFL lockout, an 18 game schedule never even seemed to be a threat when football returned for the 2011 season.
“I do think two preseason games is tough in terms of evaluating the young guys,” he added. With two extra games and no elimination of preseason games, the NFL season would drag on for too long in my opinion. If you’re going to make it an 18 game schedule, nothing has to give.
Biscotti is in favor of making more money, that’s all. While he makes a $hit load of money on those two preseason games, he knows by halftime three-quarters of the crowd is on I-95 making their way home. Two more home games lets him invest more money in those lousy hair plugs he has.
You better listen to ‘spy’ , he really knows what he is talking about………..you should be so bright………..
@ Carl,,,,,,at least he puts a competitive team on the field for the fans,,,,,,,,,,,,,the O’s don’t even do that when the games count…………
