Earlier in the week we reported that the Ravens are looking to renew head coach John Harbaugh’s contract and pay him $4 million per year. Harbaugh is currently in the last year of his deal, in which he makes $2.5 million per year.
At $4 million, Harbaugh will make as much as Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, who just so happened to make his second Super Bowl in just his fourth year as Pittsburgh’s head coach. Tomlin is 4-1 in the post season, has won both of his AFC Championship contests and Super Bowl XLIII in 2008. He is also the youngest head coach to lead his team to a Super Bowl win.
In Harbaugh’s three years in the league, he was coached the Ravens to a 32-16 regular season record, 4-3 in the post season, with eliminations from Pittsburgh in two of those seasons.
So, the question o’ the day is “does John Harbaugh deserve to make Mike Tomlin money?”

as much as I can't stand the Steelers and their fans, I like Mike Tomlin as a coach and what he has done with his players especially with everything that has gone on this year. He is an amazing coach and Harbaugh can't even hold his jock strap right now.
As much of a ravens fan I am, If Harbaugh is making 4mm per, then Tomlin deserves 7. He already has one SB win, and Harbaugh has NONE. Should be a no-brainer in my opinion. NO way
No.
A better question is will he ever make Jim Harbaugh money?
I'm not sure Tomlin is all that. The one brilliant thing he did was retain Dick Lebeau which has been huge for the steelers. Let's see if Tomlin can be as productive once LeBeau retires.
Tomlin is a fantastic coach.
And I loathe the Steelers.
