I am convinced that the game between the Norfolk Tides and the Syracuse Chiefs is not only better attended than the O’s and Mariners, but it may have more National interest.
The Tides are facing Stephen Strasburg as he makes his second start in AAA. What has me most intrigued is to see how well Troy Patton handles the pressure. He as done well in his previous 2 games.
Well, through 4 1/2 innings, the score is nill-nill. Strasburg has yet to yield a hit. Patton is hanging with him. He has given up 2 hits but is still pitching strong.
