Nelson Cruz is back in Baltimore. I was happy to hear a few “CRUUUUUZ” chants from the Orioles fans in attendance — he absolutely deserves a warm welcome.
Cruz singled to center in his first at-bat, then launched a three-run homer in the bottom of the third.
Since then, the O’s have rallied and taken a 8-4 lead over the M’s. They scored their eighth run on a fielding error by Cruz in left field.
Love the guy, but was glad to hear the mocking “Cruuuuuz” when he botched the ball in right.
