The Orioles were on TV on Wednesday night. I don’t care if it’s just a spring training game, it’s always good to see the Birds play. Despite the fact that the game ended in a 10-inning tie, it provided its share of highlights.

Everth Cabrera was a question mark to make the 25-man roster. Now, he looks like the front runner for the starting shortstop job, in J.J. Hardy’s absence. The defense should be there. He can occasionally use the stick, too.
