Orioles Announce Winner Of Fan Designed T-Shirt Contest

Shaving Cream Pie Shirt - Orioles Fan Designed T-Shirt Contest Earlier this season, the Orioles announced a contest in which they asked fans to design their final t-shirt giveaway of the 2013 season. On Thursday September 26, the first 10,000 fans 15 or older will receive a t-shirt that was designed by one of us.

That’s pretty cool.

On September 5, the Birds narrowed down their 500 submissions to a final three and today they announced their winner. Orioles fans will receive a shaving cream pie t-shirt designed by Scott Thompson of Rockville. Congrats Scott.

Of the three finalists, the shaving cream pie shirt was definitely my favorite. I was a little worried that Hakuna Machado would win after MLB Fan Cave’s music video was released, but am happy to see a cool, original design win.
