The Associated Press released it’s 2010 All-Pro team and among those honored by the fifty media members were Ravens safety Ed Reed, defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and kicker Billy Cundiff.
The big story about the All-Pro team was Tom Brady’s unanimous election on to the team, but as the AP points out a member of the Ravens was a unanimous pick in 2004.
A player has made the team unanimously each year since 2004, including one of this year’s All-Pros, Baltimore safety Ed Reed. The Ravens also have defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and kicker Billy Cundiff on the team.
It was some what surprising to see that Ray Lewis was not listed as an All-Pro by the AP this season. Are there any omissions you were surprised by on the All-Pro team?
Just goes to show the sum is greater than the parts. The Ravens have some wonderful pieces, they just have to learn to make more plays.
