Trivia.  What do Peter Angelos and the Winklevoss twins have in common?  They both have lawsuits against Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook.

Angelos, the Orioles owner and infamous lawyer,  and fellow Baltimore lawyer William Murphy have filed a class action lawsuit in a California federal court against Facebook according to Gary Haber of the Baltimore Business Journal.

The two are “alleging that the social media giant unlawfully tracked the Internet activities of the website’s users,” according to Haber.

Angelos and Murphy allege that the book face has tracked its millions of users’ online activity after they have logged out from the website.

As Haber points out, Facebook recently filed to go public and is expected to raise $5 billion (Cue the Dr. Evil music).  Surely that has nothing to do with this lawsuit.
