Another beautiful day at Camden Yards turned into yet another rain delay. I swear the birds can’t finish a game in under 3 hours.
But an hour long May shower wasn’t the only thing coming from the sky in Baltimore. 9 homers were hit at Camden, 5 by the birds including two back-to-back bombs.

The Orioles 2007 first round draft pick and fifth pick overall, Matt Wieters, was reassigned to the Orioles’ minor league complex today along with four other players.
Wieters along with Chris Tillman, Esteban Yan, Kam Mickolio, and Ryan Keefer are expected to report to Sarasota Florida.

The Birds regained control of their bats with 14 hits against the Minnesota Twins today.
Mike Costanzo had four, but the Twins scored two in the 8th inning to win 8-7.
Designated hitter Chris Heintz was 3-for-3 with a double.
