One of our loyal commenters, Ravens2488, was giving one of our writers, Steve Giles, crap for being so upbeat after Thursday’s big win against the Mariners. Giles had insinuated that this win might give the O’s some momentum. I wanted to agree with him. After Friday nights game and 8 innings yesterday, I thought he was right. Then there was the reality of last night. A blown save sucks. Last night was more than a blown save. It was a collapse. It was a horrible loss. It was one of those losses that can provide negative momentum. So here’s to you, Ravens2488, you were right! The O’s still are a bad team until they prove otherwise.
