ESPN’s Sportsnation always asks the tough questions. Today, they want to know which is more impressive, Cal Ripken Jr. playing 2,632 straight games or Dick Bavetta refereeing 2,633 straight games.
They have officially run out of ideas.
If you had never heard of Bavetta before seeing the ridiculous question (like me), he’s a 74-year-old NBA referee who officiated his 2,633rd consecutive game on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden. Congrats to him.
How can a player get praise for playing the game for a very long time,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I can’t seem to remember any offensive categories he led the league in ,playing all those years you would think he would be good at one offensive category but he wasn’t,,,,,,,,,,, as it turns out , all he did was play for a very long time …………………..What a fraud…………………
Spy yet again you prove what a dumb ass you are. Ripken is a 8x silver slugger, 2x MVP, and 19x allstar, yeah all he did was play for a long time…
