The Ravens defense complimented 49ers running back Frank Gore in their media session following Tuesday’s practice. Safety Bernard Pollard told Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times that Gore is “a rock head.” I don’t think he meant it to be a slam.
“He’s a rock head. The guy has a lot of wiggle to him. The guy has power. He has speed,” Pollard said. He obviously doesn’t mean Gore is stupid, but rather that he plays a very physical type of game.
Linebacker Terrell Suggs told the media that Gore “runs angry.”
“He runs very aggressive. We like that. We like the rough stuff.”
