Having kids provides the opportunity to see baseball through the eyes of a child. This past week, after talking it over with Jake’s five year old, we wondered “who is your favorite player?”

Does this hold as much meaning as it did when you were a kid, or has free agency jaded you?

When asked to provide their favorite players, the guys tap danced around the question as long as possible, but the answers may surprise you.
