And Buster Olney says the Blue Jays are expected to pay a hefty price for Dan Duquette:

Hoffman, 22, was selected ninth overall by Toronto in the 2014 MLB Draft, but was once viewed at a top three candidate. In his junior year at East Carolina, he underwent Tommy John surgery in late April which dropped his stock in June.
The righty was listed as Toronto’s third ranked prospect by Baseball America.
