Doesn’t it seem like the Orioles just fold after the fifth inning?

With a 4-0 lead after three innings the Birds dropped the final game of the four game series to the Angels.

Baltimore has now lost six of their last seven to the the LA Angels of Anaheim.

In the fifth Vladimir Guerrero hit a two run homerun to tie the game at five. It’s the first game Vlad has homered in while playing in the field this season and his first back-to-back homerun games since July 19th and 20th of last season.

Rich Hill left after 5.1 innings on the mound. He surrendered six earned runs and would get a no decision.

Matt Wieters gave the Orioles the lead in the sixth with a solo homerun, his third of the year. But, Howie Kendrick crossed home on a double by Erick Aybar to tie the game at six.

That would be the last lead for the Orioles. Matt Albers gave up three in the seventh, then Chris Ray walks two with the bases loaded.

And we all watched as the game quickly slipped away.
