In case you didn’t know, Washington Capitals forward Dustin Penner has two dogs. It turns out that Dustin Penner took one of them (Reilly, on the right in the picture above) on his flight back to Washington D.C.

I’m surprised and somewhat disappointed that Alex Ovechkin didn’t document that. Penner’s other dog Jerry (on the left in the picture above) is still in LA with Penner’s parents.
