Apparently baseball cards are a thing in Japan too. That makes sense, I guess. Matt Wieters has a few cards in in the Japanese 2012 and 2013 Sega Card-Gen and according to swingsandmisses.tumblr.com, these Wieters cards are the only ones issued since 2009.
