Mystery solved.
Despite John Harbaugh’s new no-comment on injuries policy, it looks like we have finally figured out that Jimmy Smith is ok. Thank goodness.
As mentioned this morning, Smith suffered an injury to his left groin in yesterday’s practice and was sidelined for the remainder of the day. Harbaugh refused to comment on his status, but teammate Domonique Foxworth said that he thought Smith was fine.
Tuesday morning on twitter, Smith confirmed Foxworth’s quote, saying “[I’ll] be fine,” and that that he will be playing in preseason.
Smith responded to a fan’s comment saying that he never said he was injured and will be practicing.
