22 carries. 182 yards. Are you freaking kidding me? That’s 8.3 yards per carry. 8.3!
Justin Forsett absolutely shredded the Saints defense on Monday Night, scoring a pair of touchdowns, rushing for a career high 182 yards and breaking one carry for 28 yards. How important has he been to the Ravens this season? Check out this little diddy from ESPN Stats and Information:
Ravens are 4-0 vs NFC South this season with win vs Saints. They've won 5 of their last 6 Monday Night Football games

You’ve got to think that Forsett is a leading candidate for Comeback Player of the Year, right?
While I predicted a more balanced attack from Gary Kubiak‘s offense, the Ravens didn’t need it in New Orleans. Joe Flacco controlled the tempo, throwing for 243 yards and a touchdown and managed to work in both Torrey Smith (5 receptions, 98 yards) and Steve Smith Sr. (4 receptions, 89 yards and a touchdown).
Baltimore’s 34-27 victory in the Superdome might not have classified as a must win, but with no more remaining division games left on the schedule, it certainly helps their playoff chances. Next up, the San Diego Chargers.
