It’s amazing how much changes over the span of 24 hours. Yesterday, I was fretting over Lee Evans health status for Sunday’s Ravens-Titans game, but today not so much.
Evans was sidelined with a foot injury and seen wearing a protective boot on Wednesday, but Thursday the boot came off and the Ravens wide receiver returned to practice confidently proclaiming that he’s suiting up against the Titans.
“Absolutely, I plan on playing on Sunday,” Evans told the Carroll County Times’ Aaron Wilson. He did acknowledge that he isn’t back to 100 percent with the foot injury. “You got to take it day by day and see what happens.”
Evans says that the boot is “a way of resting it” during his treatment while still being a little active.
Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron said that there is “no level of concern” regarding Evans’ heath.
