The Orioles just took two of three from the Tigers in Detroit and now are apparently looking to add an outfielder at the deadline. Jon Morosi and Ken Rosenthal, the dynamic duo at FOXSports.com, report that the Birds have expressed interest in Padres outfielder Justin Upton and Brewers outfielder Carlos Gomez.
#Orioles have expressed interest in trading for #Padres OF Justin Upton, sources say. Baltimore wants to add an outfielder. @FOXSports

To add to @jonmorosi report on #Orioles’ interest in J. Upton: Team also has inquired on C. Gomez. But does BAL have prospects for big move?

That’s the million dollar question, isn’t it?
Top prospect Dylan Bundy is out indefinitely with a shoulder injury, Hunter Harvey is out with an elbow injury. Behind those two, is there much interest in catcher Chance Cisco or first baseman Christian Walker?
It’s also worth noting that Upton is a free agent at the end of the 2015 season, while Gomez is under control through the 2016 season.
