Adam Jones, J.J. Hardy win Gold Gloves

Three Oriole players won Gold Gloves for their efforts in the 2014 season. J.J. Hardy, Adam Jones, and Nick Markakis were honored at their respective positions.

Hardy picked up his third consecutive Gold Glove. He may not be the most flashy fielder, but perhaps the most consistent. He was a part of 99 double plays and posted a 2.1 defensive WAR.

Jones won his fourth Gold Glove. He is the heart and soul of the Orioles and perhaps one of the best fielders in the majors. He had seven assists on the year and had a 0.8 dWAR. Plus, who could forget this play:

Markakis won his second career Gold Glove. He is one of the most consistent fielders in all of the majors, committing zero errors over the past two years. He also added on 12 assists and a +1 DRS.
