O’s trade Bierd to Boston for Pauley

The Baltimore Orioles traded RHP relief pitcher Randor Bierd to the Boston Red Sox for for RHP David Pauley.

Pauley, 25, pitched 6 games including 2 starts with Boston last season. He was 0-1 with an 11.68 ERA.

Earlier today the Orioles traded Garrett Olson to the Cubs for Felix Pie. The birds are still in need of more starters.
