With rosters cut down to 53 men this weekend, we now have a good idea of who we will be seeing (and not seeing) on the field for the Ravens this season. Here, we’ll take a look at the depth chart for the team heading into 2011. Please note that our depth chart is fairly comprehensive, taking into account players who could play multiple positions, and looking at one position as a whole, instead of something like “WR1” or “CB2.”
With this format, assume that the #2 player would take over a starting role if the #1 became injured or switched positions. On offense, the Ravens start two wide receivers, a tight end, and a fullback. On defense, they start one defensive end, one defensive tackle, and one nose tackle, to go along with two inside linebackers, and two cornerbacks.
