Smith becomes the third Ravens draft pick to agree to terms along with fourth round wide receiver Tandon Doss and sixth round quarterback Tyrod Taylor.
The Ravens have five draft picks left to sign; first round cornerback Jimmy Smith, third round offensive tackle Jah Reid, fifth round corner back Chykie Brown, fifth round defensive end Pernell McPhee and seventh round running back Anthony Allen.
