Now that the Ravens addressed their hole at wide receiver by trading for Lee Evans, their biggest problem heading into the regular season is on the offensive line. I mentioned in my post game analysis of the Ravens preseason loss to the Eagles that Baltimore’s o-line got smacked around all night. Tyrod Taylor took a ton of shots because of the lack of protection up front.

During Saturday’s practice, the Ravens experimented with Oniel Cousins at right guard while Marshal Yanda sat and Jah Reid played right tackle.

Jamison Hensley of The Sun reported that the Ravens discussed moving Cousins to guard during the offseason, but scrapped the plan after they re-signed Yanda.

Cousins has never played guard before, but he looked uncomfortable on Thursday as a tackle. He appears open to moving if the Ravens need him to do so.
