You wanted to see some free agent rumors? Well you got ’em. The Ravens are apparently one of five teams rumored to be in the running for free agent fullback Vonta Leach according to Fox 26 in Houston.

The Ravens are expected to lose free agent fullback Le’Ron McClain to the Kansas City Chiefs and Jamison Hensley of the Sun reports that they are looking for a “blocking fullback” to replace McClain who was seen as more of a hybrid.

Other teams reportedly in the mix are Houston, Dallas, Denver and the New York Giants. The Ravens could be limited in negotiations because they’re about $4 million under the salary cap.
“There are multiple teams expressing interest in Vonta,” said Ralph Vitolo, Leach’s agent. “We are still hopeful Vonta can return to the Texans, if at all possible.”

Leach made the Pro Bowl last season as the fullback for Arian Foster. He’s noted as the top free agent fullback on the market. The Ravens are also reportedly talking with Chris Carr about re-signing with Baltimore this season as well.
