Vegas has set early lines for the NFL’s week nine matchups and the Baltimore Ravens find themselves as three point underdogs as they head to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers.
As every Ravens fan knows, Baltimore embarrassed Pittsburgh in week one with 35-7 beatdown at home in a game that seemed to completely catch the Steelers off guard.
However, in recent weeks these AFC North rivals seem to be going in opposite directions. The Ravens lost an ugly game in Jacksonville on Monday Night Football two weeks ago and squeaked out a win with seconds remaining against the Cardinals while the Steelers beat up on Arizona on the road and beat the Patriots at home.
I expect to see the line get closer as the week progresses, but so far Vegas doesn’t seem to remember September 11, 2011.
