To help their defense prepare for a unique weapon in Eagles’ quarterback Michael Vick, the Ravens have been practicing against backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor. Both Vick and Taylor attended Virginia Tech and they are the same style of player, guys who can beat you with their feet as well as their arm.
Taylor has been mentored by Vick for several years and credits Philadelphia’s QB with getting him prepared for life in the NFL.
“We do a lot of similar things,” Taylor explained to Jason Butt of CBSSports.com. “Going out there and trying to do some of the things he does isn’t that hard for me. But there’s some things you have to watch, like how he controls the offense.”
I would assume Taylor isn’t imitating the four interceptions Vick threw last week against the Browns
