You’ve gotta be kidding me.

Cleveland Browns‘ wide receiver Donte Stallworth has been sentenced to 30 days of jail time after pleading guilty for DUI manslaughter.

Stallworth will also serve 1000 hours of community service hours and 10 years of probation after hitting and killing the 59-year-old construction worker Mario Reyes with his car. It appeared that Stallworth would face 15 years in prison.

The Associated Press reported that Stallworth reached a confidential financial agreement with the Reyes family.

Stallworth struck Reyes on March 14 in Miami and had a blood-alcohol level of .186, way more than Florida’s .08 legal limit.

This is unbelievable. Donte Stallworth murdered a man and he will spend 30 days in jail. Why is it that Michael Vick’s dog fighting proved to be worse than Stallworth’s murder case?

America has two sets of laws; normal citizen’s laws and celebrity laws.
