In case you missed the highlights, the Pittsburgh Steelers were gifted a win against the Miami Dolphins in a yesterday’s matchup. With 2:37 left in the game and the Steelers down by two, Ben Roethlisberger fumbled the ball while rushing into the end zone on third and goal.
The officials originally called it a fumbled recovered by the Steelers for a touchdown, but then after a review overturned the TD and were unable to see which team recovered the ball and the Steelers were given the possession at the half yard line. This set up an easy field goal for Jeff Reed and the Steelers moved to 5-1 on top in the AFC North.
Even Steelers fans have recognized the gift that referee Gene Steratore handed to the Steelers in south Florida.
In other Steelers news, drama queen James Harrison got mad and threatened to retire, then made a dramatic come back…actually that was last week.
Hey Ravens, you had sun shine up your ass, ever heard of forward progree?
