The Pittsburgh Steelers didn’t shy away from their embarrassing 35-7 loss on Sunday.  The entire game was dominated by the Ravens in every faced and after the game, Pittsburgh acknowledged their defeat.

“A terrible loss,” Steelers linebacker James Harrison told Ron Cook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  “To get beat like a dog…”  Fellow linebacker James Farrior told the media that the Steelers “couldn’t stop anything.”  The Steelers allowed Baltimore’s offensive to gain 385 total net yards and score four TD’s.

“They brought it.  We didn’t,” said Steelers tackle Willie Colon.

Mr. Smack Talk, Ryan Clark, who took a stiff arm from Ray Rice during a 36 yard run on the first play of the game, said that Pittsburgh “had no answers.”

Even Pittsburgh’s quarterback, who always comes up big against the Ravens, was dumbfounded by the beat down his team took.  “I have to play better,” he said.

Pittsburgh’s nose tackle Casey Hampton put it best when he said that no one had beaten the Steelers on both sides of the ball like that since he’s played for them.  “They way they beat us is embarrassing,” he said.
