The AFC North Standings just don’t look right. The 3-4 Baltimore Ravens are behind the Cincinnati Bengals who seem to be running away with the division at 5-2. Who saw that coming? Then its Cleveland (3-4) and Pittsburgh (2-4).
Baltimore heads into the bye week after losing back-to-back games. They’re averaging just 21.42 points per game and have only scored more than 20 points in three of their seven games this season.
“I’m very concerned,” Suggs said. “It’s been very rare with this franchise that we’ve been under .500. It’s happened at a perfect time for us to address everything. We have a tremendous amount of work to do.”
Suggs wasn’t finished. Asked what needed to be adjusted, Suggs said, “That’s definitely something in-house. I’m not going to give something out for my opponents to say, ‘Let’s see if they correct it.’ We know what we gotta fix – special teams, offense, defense. We’re at a state of emergency now.”
