Raves linebacker Terrell Suggs was a guest on Peter Kings’s podcast this week. The always gritty Ravens linebacker told Sports Illustarted’s NFL columnist that breaking Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s nose “was awesome.”
“We got to Ben and we broke his nose… And that was awesome,” Suggs said. “I mean, you don’t want to hurt anybody, but it just goes to show physical and grueling this game is. And then early in the third quarter I get my mouth busted.

Suggs went on to say that he loves that there is “blood and gore” when the Ravens play the Steelers.
What a jerk..sorry can’t be more eloquent than that. Plain and simple, it’s such a moronic thing to say, “I mean you don’t wanna hurt anybody…but that was awesome”.

Intelligence, my dear Spy, unfortunately has nothing to do with it. Do I think Suggs is a smart football player…yes. He’s shown an instinct and aptitude for the game.
However,is he an immature jerk who delights in others’ pain, makes inflammatory remarks and wears moronic t-shirts?…yes.
