Jeremy Guthrie recorded his fourth win of the season last night in a seven inning outing against the Boston Red Sox. Prior to Guthrie’s performance, Major League Baseball reporter Mel Antonen tweeted that Guthrie hopes to remain in Baltimore, following yesterday’s speculation that Detroit may be interested in acquiring him before the trade deadline.
