VIDEO: Ovechkin’s hip check flips Montreal’s Subban

Never mind the result of Tuesday night’s game. In the third period Capitals Captain Alex Ovechkin hip checked P.K. Subban and sent his feet in the air at center ice. Here’s the video of the hit.

Subban told the Montreal Gazette that he could describe it “as the best hit of the year.”
