If you’re looking to take a swim this weekend Sandy Point State Park is the place to do it. I

I drove across the Bay Bridge today and saw parts of it that were frozen, which I haven’t seen in years. The weather report says its going to warm up for the plunge though, with highs in the low to mid 40’s. Can you feel that heat wave Baltimore?
