OK. I’ll admit it. I was a little concerned about Chris Davis‘ defense at first base heading into the season.

And I was wrong.

Case in point: in the top of the fifth on Wednesday night, Davis made a sick diving catch on a George Kottaras line drive for the inning’s first out. Check out the GIF after the bump.
