And that trouble will be caused by AJ Green.
John Harbaugh was quoted in the Carroll County Times as saying that Green, “maybe the best receiver in football”
Later in the press conference he went on to say,
Incredible athleticism. I’ve read it and I truly believe it – watching him play on tape and watching him in pre-game. You throw a ball anywhere near him and you don’t think he’s going to be able to catch it, and he finds a way to go grab it. He’s got an amazing catch radius. He’s big, tall, long. He can get behind the defense very quickly
This poses a problem for any team, but that Ravens have shown themselves incapable of defending the leagues top receivers this preseason. In the game against Atlanta, Cary Williams and Ladarius Webb were both scorched by Julio Jones for 106 yds on 6 receptions. Mind you, that those number wer accumulated in less than a half. A week later, it was the Calvin Johnson show as he reeled in 5 receptions for 111 yds.
Now, the Ravens get to look forward to AJ Green, and it remains to be seen if the Dean Pees defense can actually stop a passing attack. If they can’t, well, there is always hope in the offense.
John Harbaugh is a chucklehead who has no business being a head coach, no more than the Intimidator should be a pimp or Spy should be a Spy…
It’s all football hype from a pretender of a coach,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I agree but the secondary hasn’t looked very good this year nd without a decent pass rush it could be a very long year…
You are right mystery man but I’m a spy and you are not , trust me , I may not be a real spy but I play one on this site……………….
