It kind of seems like hit or miss for the Orioles doesn’t it? Literally. On Wednesday they scored 2 runs, Thursday the Birds put up 6 on the board against the White Sox winning their 4th series.

Bartolo Colon gets absolutely smashed by Oriole hitters. Thursday was no different. In 3 innings of work Colon gave up 8 hits and 5 earned runs.
The true hero was Adam Eaton, who hadn’t even made it through 4 innings prior to his start on Thursday. Eaton received a standing ovation from the 11,723 in attendance after his 7.1 innings of work, 2 earned runs, and 9 strike outs.
Baltimore got production all throughout their lineup. Markakis, Scott, Wigginton, and Izturis all drove in runners.
The Orioles start a series against the Texas Rangers on Friday at 7:05 PM.
