Orioles starter Jeremy Guthrie is in the heart of the storm right now. The storm being the Inner Harbor and the heart of it being the influx of pinstriped wearing fans that have invaded. Guthrie tweeted on Saturday morning that he ate breakfast 300 yards from 10,000 Yankees fans “who are trained to kill us.”

He said they can travel south and show off their World Series rings, but it won’t make the O’s nervous.
The Yankee fans were forced to wait an additional 24 hours as Friday night’s game was postponed due to rain. Hopefully they’ll be just as disappointed with a couple Orioles wins on Saturday and Sunday.

So for some reason I went to the game tonite. It was horrible, but the worst thing was our stadium announcer introducing Markakis to bat by saying “now batting Nick Swisher” UnFing Believable.

Heard the Orioles are 3-25 in season series with Yankees going back 28 years. That’s ridiculous.
