The Baltimore Orioles have announced the following schedule changes this week in response to ongoing riots in the city:
- Wednesday’s game against the White Sox will be played at 2 PM and will be closed to the public.
- The Orioles will play their three game series against the Tampa Bay Rays on May 1-3 in St. Petersburg as the home team.
- Monday and Tuesday’s postponed games will be made up as a single admission double header on Thursday May 28 beginning at 4 PM.

Kudos to all fans who went to the stadium to support the birds- The funniest part about the game was that they closed it to the public for the safety of fans…but I think closing it to the public just encouraged fans to arrive even more. Now that you fans passed that test, fans all around are in for another test now: road trip down to Tampa and see the game(s) at Tropicana Stadium this weekend!
