Orioles Promote Dylan Bundy To Single-A Frederick

The Orioles announced this afternoon that right handed pitching prospect Dylan Bundy has been promoted to Single-A Frederick.

Bundy is scheduled to make his first start on Saturday versus Salem. First pitch is at 6 PM at Harry Grove Stadium if you’re interested in watching the young kid.

While at Low-A Delmarva, threw 30 innings, surrendered just 5 hits, 2 runs, 0 earned runs, walked two and struck out 40.

Bundy was selected fourth overall by the Orioles in last year’s First-Year Player Draft and was the top high school pitcher taken. He will be a part of a six-man rotation in Frederick in order to better spread his starts and innings at Frederick.
