I’m happy for T.J. McFarland.
Though most of the celebration last night seemed to be centered around a statistic that I personally believe doesn’t properly highlight the importance of his start, his first win as a starting pitcher, I’m glad to see him being recognized by his teammates. Who says baseball players don’t still value the win?
In his second career spot start, McFarland went 5 innings, surrendering two earned runs on seven hits. He issued no free passes and fanned two, throwing 68 pitches, 47 for strikes.
After the game, he was honored with a pie to the face.
Had that game marked as a loss but McFarland looked good. Speaking of lost, I see I ran Spy’s punk ass off this blog. Where you at tough guy Spy?
I noticed his bullshit big mouth has been MIA here for a while. I noticed Chow has been gone for quite a while as well. The two of them must be on some secret romantic getaway together.
The only guy man enough to run off Spy is 9inchnals and don’t forget that. I would love to make you my next cell mate. I would be tuning in to Tokyo all day and all night with you. As for Chow, I heard he was working at a Chinese place in Turners Station….
