You should be routing for our friends just South of Charm City- The Caps.
Last night, the Capitals pulled out another consecutive win (11) breaking their franchise record set in the 1983-1984 season.
Anyway, a good buddy of ours, Ian Oland (Matt Wieters Facts), has also been running a Caps Blog this season called The Russian Machine Never Breaks. It’s good stuff so please check it out! Oh Yeah, Go Caps!
I wish I could get into hockey. It seems awesome. The first time I really tried was last season during the Caps playoff run. I hope they continue to do well, but it's tough for me to get into it. Maybe it has something to do with rooting for a DC team. I don't know…
It is so worth the spectacle. I mean it's worth the spectacle now that they are good. The caps love to shoot and score a good amount of points. they also play witha bit of reckless abandon that can get them in trouble at times. Nonetheless, it is fun to watch.
Awesome! Thanks for putting this up you guys!
Love the site design!
I cannot root for DC any more than I can root for NYC or LA. If I hate the Expos I can't like the Caps. Also, I don't want to take responsibility for the Wizards, that is not my mess.
I understand that some people feel a tie to the whole region, or became O's fans when DC didn't have the Expos, but to me DC is the enemy as much as any other town like Boston or NY… except that Boston and NY have won something in recent memory.
So it's convenient that you live in Michigan and have the Red Wings nearby, right?
