Hire Buck Showalter as the manager and give Andy McPhail and Buck 2 years to influence the Minor & Major League teams … Understand it can’t be changed overnight, and be patience – I know the 13 year grumpling will enter at this point, but they can not influence an entire organization in 5 months … Just my thoughts as I yearn for my 2 boys (who are 8 & 11 yrs old) to witness an Orioles winning season and a return to an early 80’s return!!!
