In a miserable 21-7 preseason win for the Ravens against the Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore lost potential backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor with a shoulder injury at the end of the the second series.

The Ravens offensive line let Taylor get tossed around, but despite watching the remainder of the game with a sling, Taylor passed all of his tests and will have his shoulder examined fully today.

Aaron Wilson says that Taylor called the injury a “minor setback” and that he is confident that the backup quarterback duties are still his.  Third string QB Hunter Cantwell, who was on the practice squad last season, finished the game in Hotlanta.
